Description
From an exceptional terroir in the Panan district of Zhejiang province, at an altitude of 1,300 meters. All-natural production on original tea bushes. The passionate grower is Mr. KONG Zhong Ming, a 74th-generation descendant of Confucius.
This tea is exceptional for its freshness, hand-picked in mid-April each year, with buds and leaves selected.
The dry leaves are flat, characteristic of the “Long Jing” shaping process, and dark green in color.
Pale yellow liquor, grassy taste, fine hazelnut aroma, long finish.
