The passionate farmer is Mr. KONG Zhong Ming, a 74th-generation descendant of Confucius.

Our selection is made from a single-day plot, plucked from mid-April 2023
Buds and leaves are picked by hand.
The dry leaves are flat, bronze-green and slightly yellow. Aroma of roasted hazelnuts with a long finish.
