Leaves will be free in a zhong or teapot
For the spring harvest this year, water will be 95°C

Traditional preparation:
-Zhong 10cl: take 4g, 10" infusion 
-Teapot 25cl: take 7g, 30" infusion
Usually six to seven infusions depending on the quality

Western preparation:
-Teapot 50cl: take 7g, 2' infusion
Two or three infusions
